Concert "The Sound of the Shu Qin" 22 June, 2012



Introduction

This concert was a rare opportunity to hear guqin music by Professor Zeng Chengwei, an authentic representative of the Shu 蜀 (southwest China) School of qin playing. He was joined by his son Zeng He, also a highly accomplished qin player, Dr. Cheng Yu and members of the London Youlan Qin Society.

The concert was organised by SOAS and the London Youlan Qin Society. It was a part of the Guqin Summer School.
